The full-time staff of the Ainalayyn kindergarten is 79 units, 67 people are sent on annual labor leave, and 12 employees are sent on maternity leave. Since March 30, in accordance with the order of the district Department of Education, Physical Culture and Sports No. 201 of 30.03.2020, the kindergarten has been closed. Employees ' salaries were paid in full on the basis of the collective agreement for 2018-2020. For 2020, 117,715,000 tenge was considered at the beginning of the year, 6,000,000 tenge was returned to the budget in July as savings. In August, to prepare for winter work and repair of the heating system of the nursery-garden, 4,000,000 tenge individual entrepreneur "Aristanov", medical preparations- 150,000 tenge individual entrepreneur" Izimova", office equipment – 265,000 tenge individual entrepreneur" Kuspanov", household supplies - 1,700,000 tenge"Zarina".

Within the framework of the anti-corruption program for the nursery, no violations of the legislation on work and compliance with financial discipline, including in terms of organization and compliance with the legislation on public procurement, were revealed.
