Analytical information on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks for the nursery-kindergarten ‘Raikhan’ mpi as of 2020
In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and the order of the Minister for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2016, No. 12 "On Approval of the Model Rules for Conducting Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks", MPI nursery-kindergarten "Raikhan" carried out an internal analysis of corruption risks for 2020. Following the Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption dated December 8, 2016, No. 78 "On Approval of the Rules for State Control over the Quality of the Rendering of Public Services", analytical information was carried out based on the results of an internal analysis of cooperation risks in the Raikhan nursery-kindergarten. The number of employees working in the "Raikhan" nursery-kindergarten is 53 staff units. During the reporting year, 50 units were sent to annual labor leave, 10 employees were sent on parental leave until they reach the age of 3 years. Under the order of the district department of education, physical culture and sports No. 201 dated 30/03/2020, the work of the kindergarten was suspended. The employees' wages were paid in full based on the collective agreement for 2019-2021. According to the order of the head of the nursery-kindergarten No. 148 of September 25, 2020, the Commissioner for Ethics and Anti-Corruption is the methodologist Rakhmatullina Zhadyra Makhsotovna. There was no conflict of interest. There were no complaints from the parents. During the reporting period, no corruption risks were identified in the kindergarten. On the part of the kindergarten workers, no violations of the law and no offense were revealed, including in the field of organizing and conducting public procurement.
