Information on the provision of services for 2020 GU "Akim's Office of Esbol rural district"
The report was compiled on the basis of the order of the Chairmanship of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption "on approval of the rules for state control over the quality of public services" from December 8, 2016 No. 78. State services were carried out in accordance with the amendments which were approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 983 from September 18, 2013 and the apparatus of the akim of the Esbol district
In 2020, state institutions were provided with three types of public services. All government services were provided free of charge in paper form. There were no delays in reporting this year.
State services in accordance with the standard and regulations were provided in a timely manner.
More demanded services: "Queue up to receive a land plot" - 70 residents were queued up in the rural district
"Decision to change the purpose of the land plot" -12.
"To put in the queue of preschool children (up to 7 years old) for referral to preschool organizations."
In the current year, 71 services were provided through the e-government portal.
Specialists rendering public services timely take advanced training courses.
For the convenience of receiving public services to the population, information stands were installed in the premises. During the year, there were no complaints about the quality of services.
This year, when reporting, 13 explanatory activities were carried out within the rural district of representatives of the institution and individuals.
