Information on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks in 2020 in the State Institution “Indersky District Department of Economics and Finance”

Internal analysis of corruption risks was conducted in the State Institution "Inder District Department of Economics and Finance" for 2020 in accordance with the Rules for Conducting internal analysis of Corruption Risks, approved by Order No. 12 of the Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2016.
In the course of the internal analysis of corruption risks, the Codes, Laws, and regulatory legal acts that the office is guided by in its activities were studied.
During the study analyzed the regulatory legal acts concerning the activities of the Department (of the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2014, no. 72, the Law of 12 January 2007 "On order of consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities", the Law of December 4, 2015 "On public procurement"), the materials in the media, appeals of individuals and legal entities, the provision of public services, the acts of Prosecutor's supervision, and other information not prohibited by law.
The full-time number of civil servants of the Inder district Department of Economics and Finance is 8 people, according to the contract-5 people who were dismissed from work for negative reasons, there are no employees brought to disciplinary responsibility.
Civil servants of the department take advanced training courses in a timely manner.
There were no facts of violation of labor discipline, repeated violations of labor discipline, violations of administrative and criminal law, corruption offenses among civil servants, and persons who committed a criminal offense were not hired.
Consideration of appeals of legal entities and individuals is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 No. 221 "On the procedure for consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities". The facts of violation of terms of consideration of applications of citizens legal entities and individuals are not allowed. Reception of citizens on personal issues in accordance with the approved schedule on a permanent basis is conducted by the head of the department.
The department ensured the timely submission of income and property declarations by civil servants and their spouses.
Types of public services provided.
The Department of Economics and Finance in the reporting year, according to the financing plan from September to December, provided 31 public services, including:
* Payment of lifting allowance -22.
* Provision of a budget loan for the purchase or construction of housing-9.
The monitoring of the mass media was carried out to identify negative materials against the civil servants of the department. No negative materials were found during the study period.
The prosecutor's protest was not received. No violation of the law has been established for the conduct of public procurement. All public procurement was conducted through the portal www.goszakup.gov.kz. The facts of conflicts of interest were not revealed.
During the reporting period, the department conducted 2 meetings online. The changes made to the order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2014 for No. 72 were posted in the social network "Facebook". According to the order, the list of popular specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex is published on the website of the Internet resource of the akimat of the Inder district. And also published an ad in the newspaper "Dender". In a prominent place of the institution, a box for complaints and applications of citizens is installed and the helpline 2-11-92 is indicated.
During the reporting year, the Department of Economics and Finance did not identify the risk of corruption. On the part of the civil servants of the department, no violations of the law and offenses were detected.
