Analytical information on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks of the KSU "Youth Resource Center of the Inder district" as of 2020
In accordance with Article 7-8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and the Order of the Minister for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2016 No. 12 "On Approval of Standard Rules for Conducting Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks", an internal analysis of corruption risks for the second half of 2018 was conducted.
In accordance with the Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption of December 8, 2016 No. 78 "On Approval of the Rules of State Control over the quality of Public Services", analytical information was conducted on the results of an internal analysis of corruption risks in the department. The number of specialists working in the KSU "Youth Resource Center of the Inder district" is 5 units, at the moment the actual number is 5 units. In the annual labor leave was sent-4 units. There was no conflict of interest.
In the direction of identifying corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the center, there were no conflicts of interest, disagreements between the head and employees, the center's employees constantly work, and there were no violations of the accepted anti-corruption restrictions and prohibitions. When conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks, the department had 1 unit of the director of the institution and 2 units of the specialist. There were no complaints from specialists.
In the department, a box for complaints and applications of citizens is installed in a prominent place of institutions, a helpline is installed at the number 2-02-08.
During the reporting period, the KSU "Youth Resource Center of the Inder district" did not identify a risk of corruption. On the part of the specialists of the department, no violation of the law or offense was detected.
