Syrymbet Kaskeev appointed Deputy Chairman of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Today, by order of the Head of State, Kaskeev Syrymbet Yerdenovich was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The head of ASPR RK Zhandos Shaimardanov, introducing the new deputy chairman to the staff, noted that Syrymbet Kaskeev is a professional in his field and an experienced leader, as well as the fact that before his appointment he held the position of director of the Agency's department.

S.Kaskeyev was born in 1990 in the Kyzylorda region. He graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2014 with a degree in applied mathematics and computer science.

From 2014 to 2016, he successively held the positions of senior expert, deputy director of the Center for Analytical Research and Forecasting of the Institute of Economic Research JSC.

From 2016 to 2017, he worked at the Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC as the Senior Manager of the Strategy and Planning Department.

From 2017 to 2020 held the position of the Senior Manager in the Analysis and Research Department of Baiterek National Management Holding JSC. 

From 2020 to 2022 held the position of the Project Manager in the Project Financing and Investor Relations Department of Baiterek National Management Holding JSC.

From 2022 to 2024  has been Director of Macroeconomic Policy Department in the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From May 2024 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He is a member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.
