1446 – Contact center for statistics launched in Kazakhstan

A contact center has started working in the Bureau of National Statistics of ASPR RK, which can be reached through a single number 1446. This number is available for free, both for landline and mobile phones.

Contact center operators advise and accept requests on a wide range of issues related to the activities of the Bureau. In particular, you can ask questions about finding information and navigating the Bureau's website, filling out statistical forms and methodology, and getting technical support when submitting statistical reports.

A single dial-up number will increase the efficiency of the Bureau, improve the quality of service and reduce the processing time of requests. The contact center is open from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm on weekdays.
