Agency hosted a training seminar on personal and team effectiveness

An effective personality, a team and a pro-active leader. This and much more was discussed at a training seminar organized for employees of the Agency and the Bureau of National Statistics jointly with the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Speaking about the formation of an effective team, the teacher of the Academy D.Daurenbekova noted that it is not easy to change the paradigm of thinking, but all changes begin first of all with ourselves.

During the five-day course, participants discussed issues of productivity, strategies and tactics of effective management, role modeling in a team, issues of maintaining a resource state and life cases.
