Statistics have become even more accessible
The Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan has updated the official Internet resource.
Taking into account the high interest of citizens in official statistics (14.7 million visits were registered last year), it was decided to create the most convenient conditions for our users.
What has changed?
The structure of the site has been updated, while the usual columns have been preserved and the main headings on population, inflation, GDP, unemployment rate, income and foreign trade balance have been introduced, where information is updated as it becomes available. At the same time, a new web format of publications and new tools for presenting statistical information have appeared. Each industry has its own page where citizens can get all the statistical indicators in full.
The new site structure was developed based on a study of user behavior, conclusions and recommendations of a focus group that tested new solutions for the site. The design system used meets modern standards for providing information to people with visual impairment.
The updated version of the site will be finally put into effect after the end of the test period. Comments and suggestions can be left in the "Feedback and Suggestions" pop-up window.
