Human capital: how will the quality of life of Kazakh citizens improve

Human capital is the main driving force and the basis of sustainable economic growth for any modern state.

According to the calculations of the World Bank, in developed countries, human capital is about 70% of their national wealth, the remaining 30% is distributed between natural and manufactured resources. In Kazakhstan, this figure is slightly more than 40%.

The analytical observer of MIA "Kazinform" was talking about why this is so and what needs to be done to improve the quality of human capital and its contribution to the well-being of the country.
