General provisions
The Public Council of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Public Council) is an advisory, supervisory body formed by the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2015 "On Public Councils" (hereinafter referred to as the Law).
The Public Council ensures the interaction of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) with civil society for the implementation of state policy on the formation of a state accountable to the population.
3. The Public Council in its activities is guided by the Constitution, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2015 "On Public Councils" (hereinafter – the Law), acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as this Regulation
