1. Zorlu Savas – Chairman of the Management Board of Subsidiary Bank «Kazakhstan-Ziraat International Bank» JSC (Protocol No. 30/БВУ/T dated 08.05.2025).
2. Andrey Kopov – Member of the Board of Directors – Independent Director of Subsidiary Joint Stock Company «Bank VTB (Kazakhstan)» (Protocol No. 31/БВУ/П from 13.05.2025).
