Regarding some issues of voluntary reorganisation «Microfinance Organisation OnlineKazFinance» JSC

          The Board of the Agency has adopted Resolution No. 86 of December 27, 2024 «On some issues of voluntary reorganisation of Joint Stock Company Microfinance Organisation OnlineKazFinance» in the form of conversion into a bank»:
-        Microfinance Organisation OnlineKazFinance JSC was denied permission for voluntary reorganisation in the form of conversion into a bank;
-        Solva Capital LLP was denied consent to acquire the status of a bank holding company of a future bank and permission to establish a subsidiary - a future bank to be established as a result of voluntary reorganisation of Microfinance Organisation OnlineKazFinance JSC in the form of conversion into a bank;
-       Alexander Dunaev and Boris Batin were denied consent to acquire the status of major (indirect) participants of the bank, created as a result of voluntary reorganisation of MFO OnlineKazFinance JSC in the form of conversion into a bank.
