Regarding some issues of the license of «Otbasy bank» JSC

In accordance with the order of the Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market № Б-154 dated April 29, 2024 «Otbasy bank» house construction savings Bank» Joint-Stock Company to conduct banking and other operations provided for by the banking legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in particular, the banking operation: accepting deposits, opening and maintaining bank accounts of depositors savings for capital repair of the common property of the condominium object. The license for this operation was terminated in accordance with the voluntary application of the bank.
