The following top executives of second-tier banks are not cleared by the Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and development of the financial market has refused:

1. Barmambekov B.A. – Member of the Board of «Capital Bank Kazakhstan», JSC (protocol # 18/BVU/Т from 14.05.2020).
