The Agency announces the acceptance of documents for inclusion in the Branch Council

Under the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market (hereinafter – the Agency) in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Professional Qualifications", in order to coordinate issues on the development of professional qualifications in the field of labor, employment and social security, an advisory body is being created - the "Industry Council for Professional Qualifications in Demand in the Financial Market" (hereinafter referred to as the Industry Council).

In this connection, the Agency announces the acceptance of documents for inclusion in the Branch Council.

According to paragraph 5 of Chapter 1 "General Provisions" of the Rules for the Establishment of Sectoral Councils for Professional Qualifications, approved by Order No. 378 of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 8, 2023, the sectoral council includes no more than two representatives from the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the National Body for Professional Qualifications; employers in financial and insurance spheres; branch trade unions (if any); industry associations (associations, unions) of employers, in their absence, industry organizations (if any); educational organizations implementing educational programs in the relevant field (industry).

Interested persons should be sent to the Agency's email address by October 27, 2023 (Anara.Pavanova@finreg.kz ) or submit on purpose (Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty city, Koktem-3 microdistrict, house 21) the following documents for inclusion in the branch council:

1) a written statement in accordance with Annex 1;

2) a document confirming work experience in the relevant field (industry) in accordance with Article 35 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
