On holding a competition for the selection of candidates

The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) is taking measures to select candidates for the position of a member of the liquidation commission of JSC "Qazaq Banki" (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) in Almaty.

Candidates must have a higher economic or legal education, or higher education in accounting and auditing, know the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating the procedure for liquidation of financial organizations and legal entities.

The requirements for candidates and the list of documents submitted to them are established by the Rules for the Appointment and Release of liquidation commissions of Banks being Forcibly Liquidated, insurance (Reinsurance) organizations Forcibly Terminating the Activities of branches of non-resident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, branches of insurance (reinsurance) organizations of non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Requirements for the chairman and members of the liquidation commission of a bank being forcibly liquidated, insurance (reinsurance) organization, forcibly terminating the activities of a branch of a non-resident bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a branch of a non-resident insurance (reinsurance) organization of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Agency's Resolution No. 57 dated May 25, 2020.

The application for the appointment of a member of the liquidation commission of the Bank with the attached documents must be submitted to the Agency by October 06, 2023 at the address: Almaty, mkr-n Koktem-3, 21.
