The Board of the Agency for regulation and development of the financial market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has adopted a resolution № 9 on 26th of February, 2020 "On issuing to the " Bank "Bank RBK " Joint-Stock Company permission to create a subsidiary acquiring the doubtful and hopeless assets of the parent bank - Limited Liability Partnership “Stress Asset Management Organization Kazakhstan- RBK PROJECT”
