On issuing to «Eco Center Bank» JSC (Subsidiary bank of «Bank CenterCredit» JSC) the permission to reorganization

The Board of the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has adopted a resolution № 57 on 22th of August, 2022 on issuing to the «Eco Center Bank» JSC (Subsidiary bank of «Bank CenterCredit» JSC) permission to reorganization by adjoining «Eco Center Bank» JSC (Subsidiary bank of «Bank CenterCredit» JSC)  to the «Bank CenterCredit» JSC
