The ARDFM joined to the Agreement of the Eurasian Council of Central (National) Banks

On June 29-30, 2022 the 46th session of the Eurasian Central (National) Banks Council was held in Dilijan, Republic of Armenia.

The meeting was organized at the Educational and Research Center of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with the participation of the
Vice Chairperson of the Agency Olzhas Kizatov.

During the 46th meeting, the Vice Chairperson of the Agency Olzhas Kizatov signed the Protocol of joining the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market to the Agreement of the Eurasian Council of Central (National) Banks dated November 18, 2015.

During the event members discussed the work results of 2021 and the prospects for the banking sector in 2022, the main trends of development of the financial market of the members to the Agreement, the issues of currency payments related to the turnover of goods and services between the members to the Agreement. The report of the Coordinating Council of issuing banknotes, developing the numismatic market, anti-counterfeiting, and report of the Annual professional training program were also discussed.
