On the cancellation of the permits issued to Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan, Joint Stock Company to creation/acquisition of subsidiaries acquiring doubtful and loss assets of the parent bank

In connection with the reorganization of subsidiaries of «Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan», JSC, the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and development of financial market adopted the following resolutions:

- No. 46 dated June 22, 2022 «On the cancellation of the permit issued to «Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan», Joint-Stock Company for the аcquisition of a subsidiary аcquiring doubtful and loss assets of the parent bank - Limited Liability Partnership "КУСА ККБ-3»;

- No. 47 dated June 22, 2022 «On the cancellation of the permit issued to the «Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan», Joint-Stock Company for the creation of a subsidiary organization - The Limited Liability Company «Halyk Project» - Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan for doubtful and loss asset management».
