The following top executives of second-tier banks are not cleared by the Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and development of the financial market has refused:

  1. Anton Musin – Deputy Chairman of the management Board – member of the management Board of «Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan», JSC (protocol # 67/BVU/T from 24.12.2021);
  2. Rafael Abramyan – Member of the Board of Directors - Independent director of «Alfa-Bank», JSC (protocol # 2/BVU/Т from 20.01.2022).
