The license of the «ATFBank» JSC (Subsidiary bank of «First Heartland Jusan Bank» JSC) has been terminated

The license of the «ATFBank» JSC (Subsidiary bank of «First Heartland Jusan Bank» JSC) to carry out banking and other operations provided for by the banking legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to carry out activities on the securities market has been terminated.

 

The license of the «ATFBank» JSC (Subsidiary bank of «First Heartland Jusan Bank» JSC) to carry out banking and other operations provided by the banking legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to carry out the securities’ market activities has been terminated due to license’ voluntary return in accordance with the order of the First Deputy Governor of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and development of financial market № 307 dated October 05, 2021 «On the termination of the license to conduct banking and other operations provided by the banking legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and to carry out activities in the securities market, issued to the Joint Stock Company «ATFBank» (Subsidiary Bank Joint Stock Company «First Heartland Jusan Bank»)»
