Cancellation of the permit for the acquisition of a subsidiary issued by «Kaspi Bank» JSC

In connection with the alienation by «Kaspi Bank» Joint Stock Company of the shares of Insurance Company «Basel» Joint Stock Company the Board of the Аgency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and development of financial market adopted Resolution No. 78 of July 16, 2021 «On the cancellation of the permit issued by Open Joint-Stock Company «Bank Caspian» for the acquisition of a subsidiary organization of Open Joint-Stock Company «Insurance Company «Almaty International Insurance Group».
