«First Heartland Jusan Bank» JSC issued the permission to reorganization

The Board of the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has adopted a resolution № 66 on 28th of May, 2021 on issuing to the «First Heartland Jusan Bank» JSC permission to reorganization by adjoining «ATFBank» JSC (Subsidiary bank of «First Heartland Jusan Bank» JSC)  to the «First Heartland Jusan Bank» JSC
