Due to alienation by the Joint-Stock Company «ForteBank» of the shares of the Joint-Stock Company «Bank Kassa Nova» (currently Joint-Stock Company «Bank Freedom Finance Kazakhstan») the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and development of the financial market adopted Resolution No. 10 of February 9, 2021 «On cancellation of the permit issued by Joint Stock Company «ForteBank» for the acquisition of the Joint Stock Company «Bank Kassa Nova»
