Cancellation of the permit issued by ATFBank JSC to establish a subsidiary

In connection with the alienation by ATFBank JSC of  its share in Shymkent brewery LLP (former name - «Organization for the management of doubtful and bad assets of ATFBank  JSC»  LLP)  the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and development of financial market adopted Resolution No. 9 of February 09, 2021 on the cancellation of the permit issued to ATFBank Joint Stock Company to create a subsidiary that acquires doubtful and bad assets of the parent bank - Limited Liability Partnership «Organization for the management of doubtful and bad assets of ATFBank  JSC».
