  1. Bolat Zhamishev – Chairman of the Board of Directors – independent Director of «Bank RBK» Bank», JSC (protocol # 1/BVU/Р  from 21.01.2021);
  2. Pavel Ushakov – Deputy Chairman of the management Board – member of the management Board of «Citibank Kazakhstan», JSC (protocol # 2/BVU/T from 25.01.2021).
