On cancellation of the permit issued to KazNitrogenGas LLP (current name - KNG Finance LLP) for the acquisition of a subsidiary of ATFBank Joint Stock Company

In connection with the alienation by KNG Finance LLP of the shares of ATFBank Joint Stock Company the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and development of financial market adopted Resolution No. 118 of December 14, 2020 on the cancellation of the permit issued to KazNitrogenGas LLP for the acquisition of a subsidiary of ATFBank Joint-Stock Company.
