The Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and development of financial market has adopted a Resolution No. 120 of December 14, 2020 «On issuing to the Joint Stock Company First Heartland Jysan Bank permission to acquire a subsidiary - Joint Stock Company ATFBank».
