JSC Freedom Finance issued a permit to acquire a subsidiary of «Bank Kassa Nova» JSC (SB of JSC «ForteBank»)

The Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and development of financial market has adopted a Resolution No. 123 of December 14, 2020 «On issuing to the Joint Stock Company Freedom Finance permission to acquire a subsidiary - «Bank Kassa Nova» Joint Stock Company (Subsidiary Bank of Joint Stock Company «ForteBank»).
