Bekzhan Olzhaevich Pirmatov as an Independent Director of the Board of Directors of ALMEX Holding Group JSC (Minutes No. 18/BVU/P dated 26 February 2026);

Talgat Zhumanovich Kuanyshev as a Member of the Board of Directors of Home Credit Bank JSC (a subsidiary of ForteBank JSC) (Minutes No. 19/BVU/P dated 26 February 2026).
