The Agency Approves a Senior Executive of a Commercial Bank

The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved Yu Yousheng for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board – Member of the Management Board of Altyn Bank JSC Subsidiary Bank of China Citic Bank Corporation Limited (Protocol No. 11/БВУ/T dated February 12, 2026).
