The Agency Approves a Senior Executive of a Commercial Bank

The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved Hou Yuanming for the position of Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Subsidiary Bank “Bank of China in Kazakhstan” (Protocol No. 13/BVU/T dated February 9, 2026).
