The Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and development of financial market has adopted a resolution № 100 on 19th of October, 2020 "On issuing to the "Subsidiary Bank "Kazakhstan-Ziraat International Bank" Joint-Stock Company permission to create a subsidiary acquiring the doubtful and hopeless assets of the parent bank - Limited Liability Partnership “Stress Asset Management Organization Kazakhstan-Ziraat International-2”.
