About selection of candidates for personnel reserve

Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market continues to select candidates for vacant positions of Agency employees. The selection takes place from 5 September 2025 to 4 October 2025 inclusive.

Key criteria for selection of candidates are relevant education, high level of qualification, and international financial and language certificates.

The following candidates will have priority:

- graduates of foreign higher educational institutions;

- graduates and specialists who have completed a master's degree under the National Bank’s program;

- specialists who have at least level 1 of international FRM, CFA certificates and/or level 4 of the international ACCA certificate;

- specialists with knowledge of a foreign language (IELTS international certificate – not lower than 6 out of 9, TOEFL IBT – 80 out of 120, TCF 400 (B2) out of 699, CILS 1, HSK level 6 out of 11);

- specialists with at least eighteen months of experience in the chosen area.

Within five business days after acceptance of CVs is over, the HR department forms a list of candidates. To participate in the selection, you must send an electronic version of your CV with a photo to email address: HR@finreg.kz. CV form is available on the Agency's website.

After that, the HR department will inform candidates of the time, date and place of the interview by email and/or by phone. The interview stage with applicants will take place within 10 ten business days after a general list is formed.

A candidate will have the right to be included in the personnel reserve if, based on interview results, the majority of members of the commission for formation of the personnel reserve vote for him/her. In case of a tie, chairman of the commission has a casting vote.

List of persons included in the personnel reserve will be posted on the Agency's Internet resource within 7 business days from the date of the decision of the commission on formation of the personnel reserve.
