1. Lu Wei for the position of Member of the Board of Directors of
   «Altyn Bank» JSC (Subsidiary Bank of China Citic Bank Corporation Limited) (Protocol No. 69/БВУ/П dated 03.09.2025);
2. Wang Lei for the position of Member of the Board of Directors of «Altyn Bank» JSC (Subsidiary Bank of China Citic Bank Corporation Limited) (Protocol No. 70/БВУ/П dated 03.09.2025).
