On the entry into legal force of a court decision on the compulsory liquidation of the activities of JSC "Insurance company" Kompetenz " and the appointment of a liquidation commission

The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) informs that on January 15, 2020, the decision of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Almaty dated October 17, 2019 on the compulsory termination (liquidation) of the activities of the Insurance company "Kompetenz" (hereinafter - the Insurance company) came into legal force.

By order of the Agency No. 42 dated January 15, 2020, the Chairman and members of the liquidation commission of the Insurance Company were appointed.
