The following top executives in the second-tier bank are cleared by the Agency

 

  1. Olga Yugai – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board - Member of the Management Board who oversees exclusively the Business Support Department (Administrative and Economic Department) of the bank formed as a result of the conversion of “MFO "KMF (KMF)” JSC into a bank (Protocol No. 59/БВУ/П dated 11.07.2025);
  2. Karlygash Raikhanova – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board – Member of the Management Board who oversees exclusively the security department (security issues) of the bank formed as a result of the conversion of MFO "KMF (KMF)” JSC into a bank (Protocol 56/БВУ/П dated July 11, 2025);
  3. Evgeniy Chernykh – Chief Accountant of the Bank formed as a result of the conversion of “MFO "KMF (KMF)” JSC into a Bank (Minutes No. 58/БВУ/П dated 11.07.2025);
  4. Konstantin Tsereteli – Member of the Board of Directors – Independent Director of the Bank formed as a result of the conversion of “MFO "KMF (KMF)” JSC into a Bank (Protocol No. 57/БВУ/П dated 11.07.2025);
  5. Joachim Bold – Member of the Board of Directors of the Bank formed as a result of the conversion of “MFO "KMF (KMF)” JSC into a Bank (Protocol No. 54/БВУ/П dated 11.07.2025);
  6. Dmitry Larin – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board – Member of the Management Board of the bank formed as a result of the conversion of “MFO "KMF (KMF)” JSC into a bank (Protocol No. 53/БВУ/T dated 08.07.2025);
  7. Andrew Pospilovsky – Member of the Board of Directors of the Bank formed as a result of the conversion of “MFO "KMF (KMF)” JSC into a Bank (Protocol No. 55/БВУ/П dated 11.07.2025).
