About issue of consent to acquire status of a major participant of First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC
The Management Board of the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market adopted a decree to issue Kim Vyacheslav Konstantinovich its consent to acquire the status of a major (indirect) participant of First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Bank).
The application was reviewed subject to requirements of article 17-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan". Under the existing laws, acquisition of the status of a major participant or a banking holding by an individual or a legal entity is allowed only with a prior written consent of the authorized agency.
First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC is one of the largest second-tier banks in the Republic of Kazakhstan. As of May 1, 2025, assets of the Bank totaled 3,195 billion KZT, equity capital made 900 billion KZT. The Bank complies with the established prudential standards, including capital adequacy and liquidity standards. In terms of assets, the Bank ranks the 6th and in terms of loan portfolio size, the 8th in the banking system of the country. Kim V.K. is also an indirect major participant in Kaspi Bank JSC, which is a leader in the banking sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the 2nd place in terms of assets and loan portfolio size.
