Requirements for the competencies of managers and employees of information security departments, including requirements for advanced training of persons responsible for ensuring information security (hereinafter - the Requirements) are developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2003 "On state regulation, control and supervision financial market and financial organizations "and establish requirements for the competence of managers and employees of information security departments, including requirements for advanced training of persons responsible for ensuring information security (hereinafter referred to as employees) of financial institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as institutions), regardless of ownership
