About ten questions were considered by deputies of the regional maslikhat at the next twelfth session, held with the participation of deputy akim of the region Malgazdar Tatkeev

The main issue on the agenda is the consideration of the draft budget of the Akmola region for 2022-2024. According to the head of the Regional Department of Economy and Budget Planning Kanat Duzelbayev, the three-year regional budget is based on the solution of priority tasks. The main share of budget expenditures falls on the development of the social sphere, that is, it is, as in previous years, socially oriented.

Financing of state sectoral programs in the fields of education, healthcare, housing and communal services, agriculture, transport infrastructure, etc. is provided. In general, without taking into account targeted transfers and loans allocated from the republican budget, the volume of revenues to the regional budget for 2022 is planned in the amount of more than 300 billion tenge. According to preliminary data, the amount of targeted transfers and loans for our region is 118 billion tenge. These funds will provide funding for priority areas that are interrelated with the achievement of strategic objectives and indicators of the territorial development program.

The priority remains the financing of social facilities and the implementation of socially significant events by the state. For example, the lion's share of the budget is planned for the education sector next year, with an increase of almost a third by the current year. The increase in expenses is due to the introduction of per capita financing in pre-school education and VET organizations, and an increase in student nutrition costs. It is planned to spend more on the development of the healthcare system, significant funds are intended to support the agro-industrial complex and other areas.

After discussion in the debate, the draft budget of the Akmola region for 2022-2024 was adopted, an appropriate decision was made.

The implementation of anti-corruption legislation was also considered. The head of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Akmola region Arman Rakhimov made a presentation.

During the session, the deputies approved amendments to previously adopted decisions concerning the rules of general water use in the Akmola region, the transport infrastructure development plan, the rules of burial and care of burials. Approved the composition and position of the land commission under the Akimat of the region, the composition of the coordinating council in the field of social protection of disabled people.
