When carrying out the administrative procedure, the materials, objects, documents and information (hereinafter referred to as documents and other information) provided by the participants in the administrative procedure are considered reliable until the administrative body or official establishes otherwise.
If there are reasonable doubts about the authenticity of the documents and other information provided by the participants in the administrative procedure, the administrative body, the official must independently and at their own expense verify their authenticity.
