In the regional akim's office, reception by the regional akim, deputy akims of the region is held monthly, according to the approved schedule. In connection with the adoption of preventive measures to reduce the risk of the spread of coronavirus, with the consent of the applicant, some procedures are carried out remotely.
In total, in January - October 2020, the akim of the region, deputy akim of the region received 177 people (for January - October 2019 - 297). In comparison with the same period in 2019, the number of citizens received at a personal reception decreased by 49% (the decrease is due to the temporary suspension of personal reception in the first months of quarantine).
Of the total number of accepted citizens, 59 are representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, 35 are retirees, 25 are self-employed, 25 are employees of the budgetary and extra-budgetary sphere, 8 are unemployed, 10 are disabled, 6 are housewives, 9 are large families.
Basically, during the reception, issues of housing and communal services (40), land and land use (29), culture, sports and tourism (21), housing provision (21), employment, employment and social security (15), construction (9), agriculture (9) and others (33).
On instructions given during the reception, the following measures were taken:
- issues have been resolved for 11 applicants;
- 166 applicants were given explanations.
