To date, the region has completed the transition of activities
17 regional akimats and 2 city (Kokshetau, Stepnogorsk) in the format of the "Service akimat", which allows residents of rural settlements, contacting local front offices, to receive public services in one building.
At the same time, the maximum openness and availability of the heads and employees of the front office of the state body was ensured.
At the site of the project office "AQMOLA - Adaldyq Alaṅy", citizens are welcomed together with the heads of the anti-corruption service and law enforcement agencies.
This year, 91 people were received by the regional akim. In general, about 1400 people were hired by local executive bodies in the region.
In February of this year, an extended reception of citizens was held in the "Open Akimat" format, also with the participation of heads of all regional structures and territorial divisions of central state bodies. On this day, the regional akim personally received 56 people.
Also, taking into account the epidemiological situation, the first head of the state body has intensified work in social networks through "live broadcasts".
Also, work is underway to create a Regional Geographic Information System of the region, through which it is planned to provide all state services in the field of land relations.
These measures will reduce the time for rendering services, reduce administrative barriers, the amount of paperwork and, accordingly, reduce the number of complaints received.
