The draft resolution of the Akimat of Akmola region "On the establishment of quarantine" (hereinafter referred to as the Draft) was developed in accordance with subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1 article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2002 "On Veterinary Medicine", by order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 9, 2015 No. 7-1 / 86 "On approval of the Rules for the establishment or removal of restrictive measures and quarantine" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 10414), based on submissions the chief state veterinary and sanitary inspector of the Akmola region dated October 6, 2020 No. 01-31 / 1385, No. 01-31 / 1386, in order to localize and the elimination of the focus of a particularly dangerous disease - highly pathogenic avian influenza AH5.
