In the Akmola region, as of January 1, 2023, the provision of settlements is 81.3% (492 out of 605). For 177 settlements there are new master plans developed since 2007.
In 2022, urban planning projects for 16 settlements were developed in the region at the expense of the regional and local budgets, including:
- schemes for the development and construction of the villages of Uryupinka and Maly Barap, Akkol district;
- schemes for the development and development of the villages of Zhuravlevka, Partizanka, Kupchanovka, Bulandy district;
- scheme of development and building of the village of Zhaltyrkol, Arshaly region;
- schemes for the development and development of the village of Koshkarbay, Zholdybay, Krasilovka, Zerenda district

- scheme of development and building of the village of Shoiyndykol, Zharkainsky district;

- scheme of development and building of the village of Poltavskoye, Yegindykolsky district;
- adjustment of the master plan with. Talapker of the Tselinograd region;
- adjustment of the master plan combined with the RAP of the village of Burabay, Burabay district.
- the development of the 1st stage of the master plan for the town of Kosshy was completed;
- preparatory work has begun on the general plan of the city of Kokshetau.
Also, in 2022, two RAPs were developed for the city of Kokshetau.
This year, funds have been allocated from the regional budget for the development of the following urban development projects:
- master plan of the city of Kokshetau (I-stage);
- the master plan of the city of Kosshy (stage II);
- schemes for the development and construction of the villages of Akmyrza, Bestogai, Enbek, Kunshalgan, Olzhabay Batyr, Yntymak, Maltabar of the Ereymentau region.
This year, at the expense of local budgets of districts and cities, it is planned to develop:
- schemes of development and building of the village of Tasty-Taldy, Zharkainsky district;
- schemes for the development and construction of the villages of Telman, Atbasar district;
- schemes for the development and construction of the villages of Troitskoye, Ermakovka, Karagay, Zerenda district;
- schemes of development and building of Zhanteke village, Korgalzhyn district;
- schemes for the development and development of the villages of Sarybulak, Karashilik, Klintsy, Krasny Kordon, Nikolaevka, Urumkay, Uspenoyurevka, Kornekti, as well as the development of the RAP of the Zarechny microdistrict, Shchuchinsk, Burabay district;
- adjustment of the RAP in the Saryarka microdistrict (38.6 ha), development of the RAP in the Saryarka microdistrict (77 ha) of Kokshetau.
