There are 602 organizations of preschool education in the region, including 258 kindergartens (of which 135 are private) and 344 mini-centers (of which 7 are private), with a total enrollment of 36,631 children.
In 2023, it is planned to create 1347 new places through the opening of 11 preschool organizations.
