In accordance with paragraph 3) of Article 6 of Art. 73 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the regional election commission refused to register as candidates for deputies of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Elena Ivanovna Mashinskaya, Erseitov Talgat Amanbayevich due to failure to submit the necessary documents for registration.
