Draft decision of the Akmola regional maslikhat “On amending the decision of the Akmola regional maslikhat dated September 26, 2014 No. 5C-30-6 “On approval of the boundaries of the appraisal zones and correction factors to the basic rates of payment for land plots of the city of Kokshetau, Akmola region” (hereinafter referred to as the draft ) was developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", in connection with the renaming of Budyonny Street to Talgata Bigeldinov Street by the Decree of the Akimat of Akmola Region dated September 14, 2022 No. A-9/437 and the decision of the Akmola Regional Maslikhat dated September 14, 2022 No. 7C -20-4 (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 15, 2022 No. 29590).
The adoption of the draft decision will not require additional financial costs from the state budget.
